Rachel is a former Wake Forest University Soccer Player. Growing up in Upper Brookville, New York, Rachel was a State Champion in 2008 for the St. Anthony's Friars and a Two-Time Parade All-American in 2008 and 2009 . After accepting a full scholarship to Wake Forest, she started all four seasons, was named a freshman All-American in 2010. Rachel is the seventh leading goal scorer in Wake Forest History, and the only player in school history to score in the first four consecutive games of the season. She was a member of the U-14, U-15, U-17, and U-18 USA Women's National Team. Rachel also participated in the U-17 Womens World Cup qualifiers, in Trinidad and Tobago where she became the first American and player to have scored a hatrick in the tournament. Rachel also went on to play for the Santa Clarita Blue Heat and for the Pali Blues in the Women's Pro-Am W-League in California. With her vast knowledge of the game and experience playing at the highest level, Rachel now brings her expertise to Campanaro Strength and Conditioning. She will be offering a full range of programs to help develop and improve her athletes performance.
